Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Certain items are non-returnable due to limited availability. Please contact our support team before making a purchase to confirm whether a product is eligible for returns.

Non-returnable items include gift cards and items explicitly marked as non-returnable. Items returned directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

Returns may also be denied or result in partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error. Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund or Replacement

If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, you have the option to choose between a replacement, a partial refund for the lost package, or a full refund if all packages in the order are lost. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled, but please note that transaction fees are non-refundable. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In cases where a parcel is undeliverable or uncollected and returned to the sender, the shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund. These fees may differ from the original shipping amount paid due to promotional rates.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. You may also wish to contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Return Shipping Instructions

To return an item, please contact us to receive the return address. Please note that we do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Orders should be returned to our warehouses in China or Hungary, depending on the item. For detailed return instructions, please contact our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. You can verify the delivery of the returned item using the tracking number provided by your courier.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically dispatched within three business days. Tracking information may be sent a few days after dispatch, as updates to tracking systems can take time. Delivery times do not include delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors.

Most orders are delivered within two weeks, although some may take up to 60 days, especially for remote locations or due to customs delays.
